Grids

Data can be viewed in table ("grid") view or form view. Grids allow you to see multiple records at the same time on a single screen, while forms allow you to zero in on a single record. The grid shown below is currently displaying the Profile table. By clicking on the Lease tab (or pressing Alt+L) you can move to the Lease grid. You can move fields around the grid by clicking the field name and dragging it to a new position in the grid. You can also change the size of the viewable area by dragging the lines between each field name in the header area. If you see an asterisk (*) in the field header, this means that look up help is available for the field. When you select the field with your mouse, a down arrow next to the field will appear. Click on the down arrow to view the look up table.
