Invoicing
The TCSW invoicing module consists of Data Entry, Monthly Arrears, Monthly Prepaid, Lessor Billing and Support Tables. See the topics below for more information on each of these choices.
In general, invoicing should be done by qualified administrative personnel that are very familiar with the operation of TCSW. There are a multitude of choices when doing data entry for invoicing. The operator needs to be familiar with subleases, car numbers, invoice codes, and invoice comments. They need to be familiar with PROFILE start and end dates and the company's invoicing procedures. They should be acquainted with BAD ORDER and maintenance procedures and MILEAGE accounting processes. It is also helpful to be familiar with company LEASE language and SUBLEASE provisions.
